浅谈环境友好型消费模式及其构建

摘　　要：不同的消费模式对环境具有不同的影响。传统的消费模式,以资源和能源的大量消费为支撑,追求近期目标和当代人消费的满足,鼓励畸形消费和过度消费,从而对环境和发展造成了极大的危害,已经成为当今世界环境问题不断恶化的主要原因。变革现行的传统消费模式,构建一种有利于可持续发展的环境友好型消费模式势在必行。构建环境友好型消费模式,要改变的是不可持续的消费观念;把文明、健康、科学的生活方式作为当前生活方式变革的基本方向;建立起完善的环境政策体系,从制度层面上为推进可持续消费发展提供重要保障;大力发展循环经济,激励消费者采取环境友好的消费方式。Different consumption patterns have different effects on the environment.The traditional consumption pattern is supported by a large number of resources and energy consumption,pursuing of short-term objectives and meeting the contemporary human consumption,encouraging deformed consumption and excessive consumption,causing great harm to the development and the environment,and has become the world＇s main reason for the worsening environmental problems.Therefore,it is imperative to change the existing conventional consumption pattern,and to build a pattern help to sustainable development,environment-friendly consumption.To construct an environment-friendly consumption pattern,we must first change the concept of unsustainable consumption;second,will serve a civilized,healthy,scientific way of life as the basic direction of the current way of life;third,we must establish a sound environmental policy system to promote the development of an important guarantee for sustainable consumption from system level;fourth,we should vigorously develop the circular economy,encouraging consumers to adopt environmentally friendly consumption.
