摘 要:以黄河三角洲垦利县轻度盐渍化土壤为研究对象,选取菜地、果园、粮田和未利用地四种土地利用类型,通过实地采样分析,对土壤中可溶性有机碳(DOC)和可溶性有机氮(DON)进行研究。结果表明:研究区不同土地利用类型土壤可溶性有机碳与可溶性有机氮含量呈现一定的差异,土壤可溶性有机碳和可溶性有机氮含量均值分别以粮田和菜地土壤最高,其含量分别为128.2 mg/kg与86.6 mg/kg,以未利用地土壤最低,分别为52.2 mg/kg和20.1mg/kg。土壤可溶性有机碳占总有机碳的比例(DOC/TOC)和可溶性有机氮占总氮的比例(DON/TN)均以菜地土壤最大,分别为1.45%和9.62%,远高于其他三种土地利用类型,不同土地利用类型间可溶性有机氮占可溶性总氮的比例(DON/TDN)差异不大。研究区土壤可溶性有机碳和可溶性有机氮与其他形态碳、氮之间的相关性分别达极显著或显著性水平,不同土地利用类型间土壤可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮与其他形态碳、氮之间的相关性大小并不一致。Taking the slightly saline soil of Kenli County in the Yellow River Delta as the study object,the soil dissolved organic carbon(DOC) and nitrogen(DON) in different land use types was studied based on field sampling and statistical analysis.The results showed that there are certain differences of DOC and DON in different land use types of soil.The average concentrations of DOC and DON are highest in crop land soil and vegetable soil by the values of 128.2 mg/kg and 86.6 mg/kg respectively,the lowest concentration of DOC and DON in unused land soil and the concentration is 52.2 mg/kg and 20.1 mg/kg separately.The percentages of DOC/TOC and DON/TN are all biggest in vegetable soil by the values of 1.45% and 9.62% respectively,and these values much higher than that in the other three land use types soil,while the percentages of DON/TDN has no significant difference in these four land use types soil.The correlations between DOC,DON and the other forms of carbon and nitrogen are reached the significant or very significant levels in study area soil,while the significant levels are different in these four land use types soil.
