摘 要:在高2 680mm、直径440mm的煤气化冷态试验炉内,对最外层通道入射角α分别为30°和32°的新型5通道气化喷嘴进行了流场和示踪气体CO浓度分布情况的试验,分析了两种入射角对流场分布、回流量变化及示踪气体浓度分布的影响规律。结果显示:入射角α=32°的喷嘴产生的回流区及回流量大于入射角α=30°的喷嘴产生的回流区及回流量;入射角不同对气体浓度分布影响较小,2种喷嘴均在高径比大于2.07时进入充分混合区域;入射角α=32°的喷嘴比入射角α=30°的喷嘴更有利于气化过程的有效进行。In a cold-state test furnace with height of 2680 mm and diameter of 440 mm,a test of flow field and concentration distribution of tracer gas CO has been carried out for two gasification nozzles of new type with five channels and in the outer most channel the incidence angle α is 30° and 32 ° respectively,the regularity of incidence angle's influence upon the flow field distribution,the change of back flow rate,and the concentration distribution of tracer gas being analysed.Results show that the back flow region and the back flow rate produced by the nozzle with incidence angle α=32° all are greater than that produced by nozzle with incidence angle α=30°;the influence of different incidence angles upon the gas concentration distribution is smaller,the tow kinds of nozzle all entered into fully mixed region at height/diameter ratio is equal to 2.07.The nozzle with incidence angle of 32° is more advantageous for effectively carrying out the gasification process.
