摘　　要：介绍了血氧饱和度的基本概念和检测意义,阐述了无创(脉搏)血氧饱和度(SpO2)监测的基本原理和实施方法及进展,从10个方面详细叙述了影响SpO2监测值的相关因素及其机制和应对措施,为临床正确监测SpO2和准确解读其测定值提供参考。The basic concept and the clinical value of blood oxygen saturation is discussed.The basic principles and the implementation methods of non-invasive blood oxygen saturation（SpO2） monitoring are summarized.The influence factors and the coping methods of blood oxygen saturation are discussed from ten aspects.Some references are introduced to accurately measure and interpret the monitoring of blood oxygen saturation.
