局麻下超普疝装置修补老年腹股沟疝的应用

摘　　要：目的总结局麻下应用超普疝装置(UHS)治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果。方法应用1%利多卡因进行腹股沟区局部神经区域阻滞麻醉,对38例老年(>65岁)腹股沟疝患者行UHS开放式无张力疝修补术。结果 38例患者均治愈,平均手术时间48min,平均住院时间5天。术后出现尿潴留5例,阴囊积液1例,无术后切口及深部感染、慢性疼痛、睾丸萎缩等并发症发生。随访5～24个月(平均12个月)无复发,无明显异物感。结论局麻下应用UHS治疗老年腹股沟疝简单、安全、可靠。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of tension-free repair for inguinal hernia by ultrapro hernia system（UHS） under local anesthesia.Methods 38 cases of inguinal hernia were analyzed retrospectively.Tension-free herniorrhapy using UHS patch was performed in all cases under local anesthesia.Results All the cases were cured.Average operation time was 48 min,no complication of incision infection and haematoma was found.The follow-up period ranged from 5～24 months,no recurrence and foreign body sensation in inguinal region were observed.Conclusion UHS herniorraphy under local anesthesia is a simple,safe and effective treatment for the elderly patients,specially suit for aged patients with weak posterior wall of inguinal duct,large defect and general complications.
