摘　　要：论述了医院自助卡的设计和实现。本项目智能IC卡芯片采用业界流行的、符合ISO1443 TYPEA标准的Mifare 1芯片,通过发卡系统及自助发卡机完成发卡。系统经测试运行证明,实现了医院就诊自动发卡、缴费。在医院信息建设中通过自助卡的应用,实现就诊一卡通,并建立实名制账户。方便病人就医,解决看病难、看病贵的实际问题。This article discusses on design and implementation of the hospital self-cards.Smart IC card chip of the project is popular with the industry,in line with ISO1443 TYPEA standard Mifare 1 chip,through the self-issuing system and complete the card issuing machine.The test run proved the system achieves the hospital automatic card issuance,payment.The construction of hospital information card by the application of self-help achieves treatment card,and the establishment of real-name system account.It is convenient for patients to seek medical treatment,settlement that medical treatment is difficult and expensive for practical problems.
