摘  要:以ATP为粘合剂、N-100为固化剂制备出ATP弹性体,并进行了性能表征。采用DSC/TG-FTIR-MS联用技术、高压DSC技术和热裂解快速扫描傅里叶变换红外技术(RSC/FITR),研究了叠氮类粘合剂ATP弹性体热分解过程,获得了ATP弹性体的热反应动力学参数,并提出了可能的分解机理。结果表明,ATP弹性体的热分解分为3个阶段:首先,RN—N2键的断裂生成的氮宾经重排生成亚胺,且放出N2;其次,亚胺再经H转移和自由基再结合生成NH3;第3个阶段为聚合物骨架的热分解,释放出HCN、CO、HCHO、NO2、H2O、HCNO、和CO2等气体。The ATP elastomer was prepared with ATP as binder,and N-100 as curing agent,and were characterized.The azide-class binder ATP elastomer was synthesized and characterized,and its thermal decomposition process was studied by using combined DSC/TG-GTIR-MS,high-pressure DSC and RSC/FITR.The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition reaction of ATP elastomer were obtained via the experiments and the possible decomposition mechanism was supposed.The results show that the thermal decomposition process of ATP elastomer can be divided into three stages;first,RN—N2 bond breaking,reordering nitrene,reordering imines produced and N2 releasing;secondly,imine via H transfer recombining with free radical to form NH3;and the third stage is thermal decomposition of polymer frame,releasing gas products of HCN,CO,HCHO,NO2,H2O,HCNO and CO2.
