摘　　要：犬TTV的流行病学特征目前尚未研究透彻,尤其在国内缺乏这方面的资料积累。根据NCBI上犬TTV病毒犬基因组序列(Cf-TTV10,登录号:AB076002)设计嵌套引物,在犬血清中鉴定出TTV病毒。样品中检出阳性率为14.6%(29/199)。对已知血清背景的199只家养犬作统计分析,H地区的一个采样地点(7/16)与其他地区(22/183)的犬TTV感染率存在极显著差异(P<0.01);比较各个品种的感染率发现,中型犬(牧羊犬、猎犬等)比小型犬(博美、贵宾等观赏犬)较容易感染犬TTV病毒,但统计分析差异不显著(P>0.05),其中萨摩耶(4/8),边境牧羊犬(2/3)与平均感染率之间有极显著差异(P<0.01),提示牧羊犬类比其它品种更易感染犬TTV。雌犬感染率为20.1%,雄犬感染率为11.0%,雌犬感染率高于雄犬,但统计分析差异不显著(P>0.05)。Up to now,epidemiology of Torque-Teno canis virus has not been fully investigated and few literatures on this subject were reported in China.Based on the sequence of Torque-Teno canis virus registered on NCBI（Cf-TTV10,accession No.AB076002）,we designed primers for nested PCR to detect the Torque-Teno canis virus in sera samples.The positive ratio of TTV infection in sera samples was 14.6%（29/199）.Statistical analysis of the epidemiological data from the animals with the genetically identified background showed that the positive ratio（7/16） from one place in H area was signicantly defferent from that in the other place（22/183）（P0.01）.The comparison study in different species indicated that the medium-sized dogs including sheppard and hunter dog were more sensitive to TTV than mini types such as pomeranian and poodle.In adddition,the difference of the positive ratio between samoyed and border collie was significant（P0.01）,indicating that border collie possessed more susceptiblity than other species.Regarding the difference caused by the gender,the data based on this experiment showed that the positive ration of female（20.1%） was significantly higher that of male（11.0%）,although the stati（P0.05）.
