摘  要:为研究贵州喀斯特山区野生葡萄资源种类、分布与原生境土壤条件的关系,本文对原产于贵州的8种43份葡萄属野生资源的原生境土壤条件进行了系统分析。结果表明,贵州野生葡萄原产地土壤中性微酸,有机质含量和各类矿物质含量变异幅度(VR)很大,除土壤有效硼含量整体偏低外,土壤中其他必需元素含量较为平衡,适合葡萄生长。土壤pH值、有机质及各类矿物质含量间表现出一定的正负相关关系,表明各测定指标间存在着一定的促进与拮抗关系。聚类分析和主成分分析表明,野生葡萄生境土壤类型归类时微量元素含量的影响较大,土壤类型与野生葡萄种类关系较小。贵州野生葡萄属植物中蕴含着大量对土壤因子需求特异的种质资源,是葡萄品种改良和遗传育种的基础。The relationship between distribution, the species of the wild Vitis and their habitat soil conditions was studied by taking forty-three wild Vitis individuals and their habitat soil samples as materials. The results showed that their soils condition was neutral or weak acid, and the content of organic matters (OM) and elements varied largely. Except available boron was generally low, the habitat soils were fertilized and the trace elements were balanced, and it was suitable for wild Vitis growth. The indexes performed negative or positive correlation because of the acceleration or rivalry relation among soil pH value, organic matter and mineral substance. The cluster and principal component analysis showed the trace elements had large effect on the soil classify, and the soil types were not related to both the Vitis species and their habitat distribution. There were a large number of distinctive germplasms containing in the wild Vitis plants originated in Guizhou province, and they were the basis of grape cultivars improvement and genetic breeding.
