摘  要:带钢近终形连铸是短流程、低能耗冶金新工艺。本文介绍了国内外带钢近终形连铸的开发及进展情况。通过三台试验机组的设计和几百炉次的试验,确定了合理的设备结构和工艺参数。通过对薄带坯的质量分析,得出采取这种先进的工艺生产不锈钢带坯可以替代传统工艺,因此,它具有良好的前景。The near net shape continuous casting for thin strip is the new metallurgical technology of short process and low energy consumption. The development and progress of near net shape continuous casting for thin strip in China and the world were introduced in the paper. The reasonable equipment structure and processing parameters are defined by the design of three test units and the test of hundreds times. Through analysis of qualities of thin strip, it was shown that this advanced process can replace the conventionally process for producing stainless steel strip, so the prospect of this process will be fine.
