营业执照电子副本在工商监管中的研究和应用

摘　　要：根据我国工商监管的现状,提出利用营业执照电子副本对网络市场交易行为进行监管。首先对营业执照电子副本的基本结构进行了详细设计,包括登记信息、发照信息和密码信息的内容,其次对营业执照电子副本注销列表和营业执照电子副本载体进行了说明,最后对营业执照电子副本在工商监管中的实际应用网上亮照进行了详细研究,为营业执照电子副本在工商监管中的应用提供了技术基础。The view that electronic duplicate of business license was used for network market transactions administration was gave on the base of administration for IndustryCommerce present situation in our country.The basic structure of electronic duplicate of business license including registration information,issuing information and password information.Then electronic duplicate of business license certificate revocation list and electronic duplicate of business license carrier was explained in detail.At last,showing license in the net which was practical application of electronic duplicate of business license in Administration for IndustryCommerce was researched detailedly.Theses gave a technology infrastructure for the research and application of electronic duplicate of business License in Administration for IndustryCommerce.
