摘 要:旋转煤粉分离器内部流场的分布影响燃烧器出口一次风粉的均匀性。风粉不均匀会导致燃烧损失增加、过量NOx生成、炉内燃烧中心偏转、炉内结渣、燃烧器烧毁或煤粉管堵塞等,直接影响锅炉运行的稳定性和经济性。采用F luent软件对旋转煤粉分离器内部流场进行模拟研究。由分析可知,旋转煤粉分离器内部流场分布稳定,分离器各一次风管出口的压力及速度分布比较均匀,与实验数据基本吻合,可为深入了解分离器的分离机制及其结构优化提供理论依据。The distribution of internal fluid field of rotating pulverized coal separator effect the uniformity of primary air coal powder at the burner outlets. Air power nonuniformity would generate the increase of combustion loss, excessive NOx, deflection of furnace combustion center, slag, burners burn-down, or coal power tube blocking, which directly effects the stability and economic of boiler operations. Fluent software is used to the simulation study of internal fluid field of rotating pulverized coal separator. It is known that the distribution of internal fluid field of rotating pulverized coal separator is stable, the pressure and the speed at primary air tube at the separators is even, which basically matches the experimental data. It has provided theoretic basis for further understanding of the separating mechanism and structural optimization of the separators.
