摘　　要：生产实践表明,采用真空碳脱氧和铝脱氧冶炼方式能明显减少硅酸盐夹杂。小高径比、大锥度的锭型也能有效避免缩孔类缺陷进入锭身。the production practice showed that the vacuum carbon deoxidizing and aluminum deoxidizing smelting can significantly reduce the silicate inclusions way.Small height and diameter ratio,big taper ingot type can also avoid effectively shrinkage defect in the ingot body.
