摘　　要：当下,中国社会处于改革深水区、转型关键时期。在凤凰涅槃般转型过程中,特别是城镇化进程中,吸收和借鉴其他发展中国家转型的经验和教训,尤其是拉美国家失败的惨痛教训,是我们避免重蹈其覆辙的重要举措。避免"拉美陷阱"是实现中国转型、实现太平洋西岸风景独好的关键之举。Nowadays,the Chinese society stays in akey period of transition.In this process of transition,especially in the pro- cess of urbanization,It is an important act to absorb and use the experiences and the lessons of the other developing countries in transition,especially the experiences of Latin America,to escape we take the same disastrous road.Avoiding the ＇Trap in Latin America＇is the key step to realize the transition of china.
