摘 要:运用PSPICE对所设计电路进行直流分析和暂态分析时,经常会遇到电路原理设计与连接都没有问题,但是会出现不收敛问题而使仿真羌法完成的情况。从PSPICE所采用的求解非线性方程组算法出发,分析算法的固有特点对收敛性问题的影响,并分别对直流分析不收敛和暂态分析不收敛问题提出了几种有效的解决方法。最后列举了直流分析不收敛和暂态分析不收敛的实例,运用所提供的方法能够成功解决不收敛问题,获得仿真所需要的数据和波形。When applying the software PSPICE to implement DC analysisand transient analysis in connection with the designed circuits, it is often beset by the situation that there are no errors in the schematic design and connection of the circuits, but the sim- ulation may be interrupted due to the non-convergence problem. It starts from the algorithm of solving the nonlinear equation set, which is used for PsPICE, the effect of the inherent characteristics of the algorithm toward the convergence problem is analyzed and some effective solutions are proposed to solve the non-convergence problems for DC analysis and transient analysis. Finally, the examples of,DC analysis non-convergence and transient analysis non-convergence are enumerated, and the non-convergence problems can be solved by applying the aforementioned solutions, and also the data and waveform needed by simulation are acquired.
