法理视角下的高校大学生婚育权分析

摘　　要：婚育权是高校学生依法应当享有的一项基本权利,这一新政策的出台反映了我国法律在不断优化和完善,也给高校带来新的问题,如何正确认识和理性对待大学生婚育权,是高校管理者亟待探讨的现实问题。In accordance with the law,marriage and procreation right,as fundamental rights of citizens,can be enjoyed by all university students.This new-introducing policy mirrors a stable prioritization and improvement of our laws and regulations.However,a series of new corresponding problems arise as well.So how to distinct accurately and treat rationally this problem is a practical task demanding urgent research and investigation for administrators of educational institutions.
