试论大学生创业教育中法治意识的塑造

摘　　要：大学生创业是指大学生利用其控制资源和自己的能力,通过自创办经营实体实现自身价值的一种方式。大学生就业难问题已使大学生创业意识增强。文章试从法治意识之于创业的价值、如何塑造大学生的法治意识等方面作一初步探讨。Innovation of college students is that the students establish new jobs by using their knowledge,skills and technology they have learned in self-financed form.In recent years,the employment market is in depression and the problem of students＇ unemployment is striking sharply.Students,faced the harsh reality,begin to think of the diver types of employment.Now,entrepreneurial senses of the students grow clearly.They no longer simply rely on families and schools.On the contrary,they look for opportunities actively.This article discuss this topic deeply about the value of legal awareness in college students＇innovation and how to mold the students＇ legal awareness.
