摘　　要：坚持"全员普训、训考结合、以考促训"原则,在抓规范化管理,形成长效机制;抓特色化,构筑训练平台;强化考核比武,抓训练成果转化3方面下功夫,坚持不懈抓"三基"训练,铸牢了临床医师业务基础,提升了医疗质量管理水平。指出,医院开展"三基"训练应坚持长期性、针对性及拓展性。As continuous progress of modem medical science technology, the degree of specialization and specialized disease keeps advancing. The Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command insists on the principle of all crew training, combination of training and test, and boosting training by test. To intensify the professional skill of clinical physician via three - basic training, we make efforts on long - term standardized supervision, construction of characteristic training platform, transformation of training outcome, and skill competition.
