亚低温对神经外科病人术中凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨行亚低温对神经外科手术病人术中凝血功能的影响。方法 35例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级颅脑外科病人随机分为A和B两组,A组麻醉后降温,B组常温。两组分别于麻醉前、麻醉后5分钟,A组降温至(35±0.5)℃,B组温度在(36±0.5)℃,查活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)。结果两组组内及组间对应时段比较,没有显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论亚低温脑保护时对神经外科手术病人凝血功能没有明显影响,不增加术中风险。Objective To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on blood coagulation during neurosugery. Methods 35 selective patients re - ceiving craniotomy were divided into two groups by random： Croup A and Group B. After anesthesia, body temperature of patients was reduced to 34.5± 0.5 ℃ in Croup A, and kept normal in Croup B. Activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） and prothrombin time （ PT）were measured before anesthesia,at time when body temperature was reduced to 34.5 ±0.5 ℃ in Group A, and at 36 ± 0.5 ℃ in Group B. Results There were significance of APTTA and PT in groups at same time. Conclusions Mild hypothrmia has no effcet on blood coagulation during craniotomy.
