疏血通联合百奥蚓激酶对急性脑梗塞的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通联合百奥蚓激酶在急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法将2008年6月～2010年8月间在我科住院治疗的ACI患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照1组、对照2组对照3组。治疗组以疏血通注射液加蚓激酶口服,对照1组给予疏血通注射液加阿司匹林肠溶片口服;对照2组给予川芎嗪注射液加蚓激酶口服;对照3组给予川芎嗪注射液加阿司匹林肠溶片口服。对治疗后各组患者的有效率、PT、APTT、INR及hsCRP情况进行检查并比较。结果治疗组患者在第7天、第14天PT、APTT、INR及hsCRP改善方面明显优于各对照组,和各对照组相比较具有统计学显著性意义。治疗组总有效率为95%,和3个对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),各组之间的并发症对比无统计学意义。结论疏血通联合蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗塞的临床效果更好,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinic effect of Shuxuetong combine with Lumbrokinase Capsules in acute cerebral infarction. Methods The 80 patient in our Encephalopathy department between October,2008 and October,2010 divided into treatment group, control group 1, control group 2, control group 3, randomly. The treatment group are given Shuxuetong injiection and Lumbrokinase capsules ; The control group 1 are given Shuxuetong injection and Enteric - coated aspirin tablets ; The control group 2 are given Chuanxiongqin injection and Lumbrokinase capsules; The control group 3 are given Chuanxiongqin injection and Enteric - coated aspirin tablets. Results The treatment group are improved better than the control groups in PT, APTT, INR and hsCRP, and there is statistical significance between the treatment and the control groups. The total effective rate is 95%, compared with the control groups, there is significant difference, The different between each groups in complications were no statistical differences. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection Combined lumbrokinase has better clinical treatment in treating ACI, and should be applied.
