医务人员满意度量表的设计研究

摘　　要：当前医疗服务行业竞争激烈,导致医务人员工作压力增大,引起医务人员工作积极性的降低和更加紧张的医患关系,因此了解医务人员需求,增强医务人员的满意度就显得极为重要。基于此,本研究通过严格的程序设计评价医务人员满意度的量表,希望能为提高医务人员满意度,提高医疗服务水平提供参考。Nowadays the fierce competitions in medical service industry cause medical staff suffer more pressure, and then cause their working enthusiasm slipped and more nervous about the doctor - patient relationship, therefore, researching the medical staff needs and enhancing their satisfaction is very emergency and important. This study, based on the strict program, designed the evaluation scale of the medical staff satisfaction, hopes can be a useful reference to improve the medical staff satisfaction and the level of medical services.
