《国际疾病分类全科疾病诊断与鉴别诊断智能检索系统》的临床应用

摘　　要：为了预防误诊误治,提高3天确诊率,我院研发了《国际疾病分类全科疾病诊断与鉴别诊断智能检索系统》,该系统是功能齐全,输入简单、清晰、快捷,数字化、电子化、智能化和人性化医院管理系统。只要输入疾病名称,便可瞬间获得该病的病因、临床表现、鉴别诊断、治疗方案及ICD-10编码。该系统应用以后,有效地提高了入院病人疾病诊断的3天确诊率,缩短病人住院时间,已经凸显出良好的社会效益。For preventing misdiagnosis and mistreatment, raising the rate of final diagnosis in the first three days, our hospital application had developed the intelligence retrieval system of diagnosis and differential diagnosis. This system have excellent function for hospital administration with digitization electronization and intellectual faculties. Once input the name of the disease into the computer, will get the information immediately such as etiopathogenisis, clinical manifestation, differential diagnosis, differential diagnosis and ICD - 10 number. Application of the intelligence retrieval system can raise the rate of final diagnosis in the first three days and shorting the patient＇ s LOS, so it display satisfactory social effects.
