摘　　要：本文介绍了定尺切割技术在板坯连铸机铸坯切割中的应用,对该自控系统的硬件结构、控制功能及其实现进行了描述,两种定尺切割模式灵活选用,结构化的编程模式功能可进一步扩展,使整个火焰切割自控系统更具有可读性、实用性和维护性。This paper introduces the application of billet cutting about A - B SCL500 PLC. It makes a brief description of controlling structure ,function and realization. Two scale cutting model can be flexible selected, the structured programming mode function can be further extended, whole flame cutting automatic control system is more readable, practicability and maintenance.
