新农村建设中的社会平安机制建设——以山东省新泰市平安协会为例

摘　　要：农村社会稳定是新农村建设中的重要内容,是构建和谐新农村的必然要求。维护农村的社会稳定,正确处理新农村建设中出现的社会矛盾,必须发挥政府与社会的作用。山东省新泰市以平安协会为依托,充分挖掘和开发社会资本,以共同利益为纽带,科学定位平安协会的职责,创新平安协会的运营模式,在化解社会矛盾,应对突发事件,促进经济发展等方面,都起到了非常重要作用。Social stability in rural areas is an important part in the building of new countryside, that is also the need of a harmonious society. Thus maintaining social stability in rural areas, properly handling social conflicts in the building of a new countryside play the role of government and society. Xintai City, Shandong province bases on order association, full development social capital, as a link to the common interests, fixing functions of order association, innovate operating mode of order association in resolving social conflicts, dealing with unexpected events, and other aspects of economic development, all played a very important role. Xintai city order association successfully explored the long-term mechanism to maintain social stability.
