摘  要:目的 检测Ti-75合金的生物相容性,为临床应用的可能性提供依据。方法 以纯钛种植体材料为对照,对Ti-75种植体行犬股骨内种植;种植后3个月和6个月,用X线摄片、组织学、定量组织学和结合强度等方法,观察分析Ti-75种植体骨界面。结果 Ti-75合金与骨组织形成了直接界面;Ti-75与纯钛相比,在以上各观察指标中,均无明显差别。结论 Ti-75合金的生物学性能与纯钛基本相同;Ti-75合金是一种良好的种植体材料。Objective To determine the biocompatibility of Ti-75 alloy and evaluate its possibility of clinical application. Methods Ti-75 and pure titanium were implanted transcortically in dog femurs . After 3 month and 6 month, the implant-bone interface were observed respectively by X-ray examination, morphological and quantitative histological examination, interface-strength evaluation. Results Osseointergration were confirmed in the Ti-75 bone interface. There were no significant differences between Ti-75 and pure Titanium in all above observations. Conclusion Ti-75 has the same biocompatibility as that of pure titanium and has the value of clinical application.
