摘　　要：糖尿病神经病变发病率高,对患者危害大。目前认为糖尿病神经病变的发病是多种因素共同作用的结果。在治疗方面主要是严格控制血糖为核心的综合治疗。糖尿病神经病变今后的研究重点主要是针对共病机制开发新的有效的治疗药物。Diabetic neuropathy has high incidence and great harm to patients.Current view on the diabetic neuropathy is a multi-factors disease.To control plasma glucose is the core of comprehensive treatment of diabetic neuropathy.The research emphasis of diabetic neuropathy is to develop new effective drugs mainly aimed at comorbidity mechanism in future.
