摘　　要：目的 探讨MTT比色法与体内软组织皮下埋植试验的相关性。方法 对七种生物材料分别用MTT比色法和软组织皮下埋植试验进行生物相容性测试。结果 两种方法均显示2#材料毒性最大,1#材料毒性最小,其余材料毒性居中。结论 MTT比色法与软组织皮下埋植试验有良好的相关性。Objective To investigate the relation between MTT Assay and Subcutaneous Implant Test. Methods To use the Subcutaneous Implant Test and the MTT Assay to evaluate the toxicity gtade of seven biomaterials. Results In both methods 2# material showed the highest toxicit while 1# material showed the lowest toxicity, and the rest of materials showed medium toxicity. Conclusion MTT Assay and Subcutaneous Implant Test have good correlation
