摘 要:利用模糊数学法将试验结果模糊化,使用夹角余弦赋权法计算各指标的权重,依据正交试验的模糊运算法则用模糊综合评判模型得到模糊综合评价值,得到丝蛋白多肽最优制备工艺条件.同时测定了此工艺条件下产品丝蛋白多肽的表面活性性能,与其他丝蛋白基表面活性物质进行了对比.结果表明:丝蛋白多肽表面活性性能更加优越,模糊数学理论在丝蛋白基表面活性剂制备中是可行的.This paper took the value of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the target function with the method of fuzzy orthogonal experiment.Through fuzz mathematics method the weight vector of the main evaluating indices felting ball volume and the included angle cosine was obtained.The weight vectors were elicited.On orthogonal tests and fuzzy theory,we get the optimum conditions of silk protein peptides.We determined the surface-active properties of peptides,and other silk protein-based surfactants were compared.The result shows that the surface-active properties of silk protein peptide were more superior,and the fuzzy mathematics in silk protein-based surfactant preparation is feasible.
