模糊综合决策法在高校青年教师考核中的应用

摘　　要：将模糊综合决策理论和Matlab相结合的方法应用到高校青年教师的考核中.首先根据被考核对象的属性分成了4类,在每一类中又分了4小类,在各类中实行了单因素评判,然后综合起来进行了二级评判,最后给出了该模型的Matlab实现.模糊综合决策法能较好地考虑诸因素的综合影响,能更好地解决那些分级多、分类多的考核,对青年教师的考核更加公正合理、科学有效.此方法还可应用到与青年教师考核相关的其它领域.In this paper,the method of fuzzy integrated decision-making theory combining with the Matlab is applied to the assessment of young teachers in Universities.First of all,the properties of the object under examination were divided into four categories,each of which was divided into four subclasses,and a single judge is implemented in these various factors.Then the second-level judgment is implemented in the synthesized factors.Finally we give this model Matlab to realize.This method can better take into account the combined effects of various factors,better address those multiple classification and more evaluation,make the assessment of young teachers more just and rational,scientific and effective.This method can also be applied to other fields related to the assessment of young teachers.
