新疆北疆地区18岁及以上汉族人群血脂异常的调查分析

摘　　要：为掌握新疆北疆地区18岁及以上汉族人群的血脂异常患病现状,为血脂异常的防治提供依据。采用分层整群抽样,抽取调查地区18岁及以上的汉族3406人进行流行病学调查,并检测其甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果显示:调查人群TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平分别为(1.65±1.32)mmol/L、(4.62±1.08)mmol/L(、2.22±0.94)mmol/L和(1.63±0.70)mmol/L;血脂异常标化总患病率为36.2%,男性43.6%,女性33.4%,其中高TG血症、高TC血症、高LDL-C血症、低HDL-C血症患病率依次为30.6%、11.4%、4.3%、4.2%。新疆北疆地区汉族是血脂异常的高发人群,尤其表现在高TG血症和高TC血症。TG、LDL-C水平男性高于女性,HDL-C水平女性高于男性,提示男性比女性有更高的发生血脂异常的危险。To learn about the prevalence of dyslipidemia status of the Han population aged 18 and above in northern Xinjiang,to provide the basis of the region for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.Using stratifying and cluster sampling,to survey above the age of 18 of 3406 inhabitants Hans from this local,carried out epidemiological investigations,and to detect its triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） levels.The serum lipids levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were（1.65±1.32） mmol/L,（4.62±1.08） mmol/L,（2.22±0.94） mmol/L and（1.63±0.70） mmol/L.Standardized total prevalence of Hans dyslipidemia was 36.2%,male 43.6%,female 33.4%,of which hypertriglyceridemia,high TC、high LDL-C and low HDL-C hyperlipidemia prevalence rates were 30.6%,11.4%,4.3%,4.2%.Han people in northern Xinjiang have high risks of dyslipidemia population,particularly hypertriglyceridemia and high TC hyperlipidemia,and TG,LDL-C levels of men are higher than women,HDL-C levels in females are higher than males,suggesting that males have a higher risk of dyslipidemia compared with females.
