健康成人舌尖乳头微血管的光电镜观察

摘　　要：本文报道了健康成人活体 15 0例舌尖部微血管微循环的检查 ,结果表明 :舌尖部乳头内的微血管形态多为树枝形、花瓣状和园形 ,微血管袢内的血色均呈鲜红色 ;通过 10例成人尸体舌尖部光、电镜观察 ,舌尖部粘膜上皮由丝状乳头前面、后面上皮以及乳头间上皮细胞构成 ,丝状乳头后面上皮细胞角化最明显 ,而乳头间上皮细胞角化较弱。A biopsy of microcirculation on 150 healthy adult cases of apex linguae is presented in this report. The result shows that the microvascular plexuses in the papilla of apex linguae are mostly shaped like branches, petals and cireles, and the blood color in the ansae of micrangium is bright red. It is showed by the photoelectric microscopic observation that the epithelium mucosae is composed of the facies anterior and posterior of filamentous papilla and the intermammillary epithelial cells and that there is a distinct keratinization in the posterior epithelial cells and the keratinization in the intermammillary epithelial cells is comparatively mild.
