摘　　要：中小企业很难申请到银行的贷款,这一直是困扰企业发展的一个难题。在中小企业与银行之间,增加政府信用这一因素,能够较好解决信息不对称所带来的信用风险问题,从而银企政合作成为演化稳定策略(ESS),无论是银行、中小企业还是政府,都将成为受益者。It is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to apply for the bank loan.If we increase government credit,we can solve the credit-risk-problem of information asymmetry.The cooperation pattern becomes ESS.Bank,enterprise and government will all benefit from the pattern.
