摘　　要：近年,河南省国有企业采取多种形式进行了战略重组和结构调整,而重组后进一步的整合很有必要。为此,企业要切实转变经济发展方式,推进管理创新,构建具有鲜明特色和区域优势的现代产业体系和科学、高效的人力资源管理体系,从而提升企业的核心竞争力。In recent years,the state-owned enterprises in Henan province have adopted various forms for strategic reorganization and reconstructing.However,further integration after the reorganization is highly necessary.For this reason,the enterprises should effectively transform their ways of economic development,promote management innovation,construct a modern industrial system with distinctive characteristics and regional advantages and a scientific highly-efficient human resource management system,thereby improving their core competitive power.
