摘　　要：介绍了环氧改性水性醇酸树脂的合成,并以此为基料制备了性能优良的铁红底漆。讨论了环氧树脂及合成工艺参数对环氧改性水性醇酸树脂性能的影响,得到最佳工艺配方,并采用红外光谱(IR)对产物进行了表征。制备的环氧改性水性醇酸树脂清漆实干16 h,铅笔硬度达HB,附着力为0级,并具有良好的耐水性和贮存稳定性。This paper introduces the synthesis of epoxy modified water-borne alkyd resin and the preparation of excellent performance iron oxide red primer with this. The influences of epoxy resin,technical condition,experirnenial parameters on the proper- ties of water-borne alkyd resins are discussed,optimal recipe is obtained,and the product is characterized by IR. The hard work of varnish which prepared by this recipe is 16 h,the pencil hardness is HB,the adhesion strength is 0 class,it has good water resis- tance and storage stability.
