摘  要:从免疫学的角度出发,研究了免疫系统体液免疫应答原理,基于免疫应答机制,模拟了人体免疫系统的克隆选择、细胞选择、记忆细胞获取、抗体浓度调节等机制,提出了一种新的免疫优化算法.设计了基站选址优化问题的数学模型,给出了一种基于免疫计算的基站选址优化方案,并对所提出的算法进行了收敛性分析.仿真结果表明:所提方案能以相对较低的网络建设成本获得较高的网络覆盖率,具有较好的应用价值.The immune response principle of immune system body fluid was studied from the perspective of immunology. Simulate the human immune system mechanism (such as clonal selection mechanism, cell selection mechanism, memory cell access mechanism, regulation mechanism of antibody concentration) was simulated based on immune response principles, a novel immune optimization algo- rithm was proposed, the mathematical model of base station location optimization was expounded. A solution of base station location optimization based on immune algorithm was proposed, and conver- gence analysis of the proposed algorithm was given. Experimental result shows that the given solution can obtain high network coverage with low cost of network construction relatively.
