治痔胶囊抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究治痔胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:以昆明小鼠为实验动物,采用耳廓肿胀法、毛细血管通透性试验观察其抗炎作用;化学刺激扭体法和热板法观察其镇痛作用。结果:治痔胶囊能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀并降低腹腔毛细血管通透性,同时显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数,提高小鼠的痛阈值。结论:治痔胶囊具有明显的镇痛及抗炎作用,值得开发研究。To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Zhizhi capsules. Method： Anti-inflammatory effect was observed through the auricular swelling experiment and capillary permeability of the abdominal test in mice. In addition, writhing response test and hot-plate test were used to investigate the analgesic effect of Zhizhi capsules in mice. Result： Zhizhi capsules could obviously lessen the auricular swelling degree, lower capillary permeability in abdominal cavity, decrease the writhe times and increase the pain threshold of mice. Conclusion： Zhizhi capsules obviously have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and is worthy of research and development.
