摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法同时测定八珍益母丸中芍药苷、甘草酸铵的方法。方法:Agilent-ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.08%磷酸梯度洗脱;流速1ml·min^(-1);检测波长分别为230nm和237nm;柱温35℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.034~0.344μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为98.83%(RSD=1.56%);甘草酸铵在0.027~0.266μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.20%(RSD=1.49%)。结论:本法便于操作,结果准确,适用于八珍益母丸中芍药苷、甘草酸铵的同时测定。To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and ammonium glyeyrrhizinate in Bazhen Yimu pills. Method: Paeoniflorin and ammonium glyeyrrhizinate was separated on Agilent-ODS C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm) by gradient elution with aeetonitrile.0.08% phosphoric acid at 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1 ml.min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 230 nm and 237 nm. Result: The linear range of paeoniflorin and ammonium glyeyrrhizinate was 0. 034-0. 344μg(r =0. 999 2) and 0. 027-0. 266μg(r =0. 999 8) ,respectively. The average recovery was 98. 83% (RSD = 1.56% ) for paeoniflorin and 98.20% (RSD = 1.49% ) for ammonium glyeyrrhizinate. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin and ammonium glyeyrrhizinate in Bazhen Yimu pills.
