百令胶囊辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:90例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例,两组患者在良好控制血糖、血压基础上,治疗组加用百令胶囊1g,po tid,疗程12周;治疗前后监测空腹血糖(FBG)、24 h尿微量白蛋白(UMA)定量、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果:治疗组治疗后CRP、24 h UMA明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TC、TG、LDL明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗效亦有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊能够明显减少24 h UMA、CRP、TC、TG和LDL,对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的辅助治疗作用。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of bailing capsule on the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy（DN）, nethod：A comparative synchronous study was conducted between 45 early DN patients treated with bailing capsule（ 1.0 g, po tid） for 12 weeks （treated group）and the other 45 early DN patients treated without bailing capsule （controlled group）, based on the routine therapy and the well controlled FBG and 24 h UMA, CRP, BUN, SCr, TC, TG, HDL, LDL were tested during the treatment. Result ：24h UMA and CRP in the treated group were reduced more significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ） than in the controlled group. TC, TG and LDL were reduced significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Bailing capsule could significantly reduce the 24 h UMA, CRP,TC ,TG and LDL, and had its good therapeutic effects on early diabetic nephropathy.
