摘  要:目的 研究自血光量子疗法(ALQ)治疗脊髓损伤的作用机制。方法 将40只家兔造成不完全性脊髓损伤,对比血浆和脊髓组织的TXA2和PGI2含量。结果 脊髓损伤后损伤组血浆和脊髓组织TXA2含量逐渐上升,PGI2含量逐渐下降;血浆TXA2和PGI2含量变化晚于脊髓组织的相应变化;而血浆TXA2/PGI2比值变化与脊髓组织的相应变化一致。治疗组经过ALQ治疗,血浆和脊髓组织TXA2含量明显下降,PGI2含量明显上升。结论 ALQ可以抑制血小板聚集,减少TXA2和增加PGI2的合成、释放,对维持脊髓血管收缩/舒张调节功能的动态平衡起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the mechanism of autohemotherapy of light quanta(ALQ) in treating spinal cord injury and discovered that after spinal cord injury Methods 40 rabbits were subjected to incomplete spinal cord injury, TXA 2 and PGI 2 of blood plasma and spinal cord tissue were compared. Results TXA 2 content of blood plasma and spinal cord tissue increased and PGI 2 content gradually reduced in the injured group. The chang of TXA 2 and PGI 2 of blood plasma appeared later than that of spinal cord tissue, but the change of TXA 2/PGI 2 ratio of blood plasma was accorded with that of spinal cord tissue After being treated by ALQ,the TXA 2, content of the treated group was significantly reduced, and the PGI 2 content increased markedly Conclusion The therapy can inhibite platelet aggregation, decrease TXA 2 and increase the synthesis of PGI 2 and its release, which palys an important part in maintaining the dynamic balance of the regulatory function of contraction/diastolization of spinal cord's blood vessels
