肾综合征出血热患者眼压变化的动态观察及临床意义

摘　　要：对２５６ 例在发热期入院的肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）患者采用Ｓｃｈｉｔｚ眼压仪进行眼压动态观察，并分析眼压与其他主要症状体征的相关性。结果发现２５６ 例患者中有７１ 例（２７．７％ ）有高眼压，高眼压的出现与外渗的症状体征呈明显正相关。研究表明，动态观察ＨＦＲＳ患者眼压的变化对病情估价具有积极意义。Dynamic changes of intraocular tension of 256 patients were observed with Schitz sphthalmotonometer,who were enrolled during febrile stage of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS),and its relationship with other clinical manifestation was analysed.The results showed that intraocular tension of 71 among 256(27.7%) patients was increased abnormally,and it had significant positive correlation with other exudative manifestation.The study suggests that the detection of intraocular tension plays an important role in evaluating the disease severity and prognosis.
