摘 要:根据公认的血吸虫保护性抗原候选分子Sm28 的氨基酸序列人工合成4 个不同血吸虫多肽片段,对小鼠进行免疫保护实验。采用200 μg/只,皮下注射共免疫3 次,每次间隔1 周,末次免疫后2 周以(40 ±2) 条日本血吸虫正常尾蚴攻击感染。另设不免疫攻击感染日本血吸虫的小鼠为对照组。实验组小鼠分别获得24.3 % ~47 .9 % 的减虫率和35.1 % ~50 .4 % 的减卵率。各组小鼠免疫前和免疫后尾部取血涂片染色,观察比较外周血白细胞及T 细胞、B细胞的变化,结果免疫后较免疫前嗜酸性白细胞和T细胞升高。实验提示,血吸虫多肽抗原有一定免疫效果,值得进一步研究。The experiment of immune protection for mice was done with four types of synthetic multiple antigen peptide. Each mouse was injected subcutaneously with 200 μg for three times with an interval of one week. After two weeks from the last immunization, they were challenged by (40±2) cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum . Meanwhile, unimmunized mice were treated as control. In immunized group, worm reduction rate was 24.3%-47.9%,and egg reduction rate 35.1%-50.4%. Blood was collected from mice in each group before and after the test, and blood smears were stained. The changes of leucocyte, T cells and B cells from peripheral blood were compared, and it was found that eosinophil and T cell increased after the immunization. This experiment has shown that the multiple antigen peptide of Schistosoma is quite good for immunity and worth for further study.
