摘　　要：亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶作为软组织充填材料在乌克兰、俄罗斯等国家已研究并应用10多年,该材料引起的炎症反应轻微,形成的包膜薄而疏松,弹性好,张力小,不仅安全有效,而且操作简单方便,是目前相对安全的软组织充填材料,具有临床应用前景。HPG is a kind of soft tissue filling material. It had been researched and ap- plied for ten years. HPG is a new, better filling material with good biocompatibility, faint inflammatory reaction. It has thinner and softer capsula. It may has a good prospect of clinical application.
