摘 要:在滑动式防雨棚下的测坑中进行了小管出流条件下土壤水分对树莓生产的影响试验,对比分析树莓可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质、有机酸、维生素C、可溶性糖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、糖酸比6种品质指标的同时,采用主成分分析的方法综合评价了小管出流条件下不同水分处理对树莓果实品质的影响。结果表明:在树莓整个生育期内当土壤水分控制在田间持水量的50%~60%时,树莓果实品质最佳。Experiment of effect of soil water on raspberry was cover. Irrigation method with small tube of 4 mm diameter was conducted in the measuring pits under the proof-rain used in the test. This paper comparatively analyzed the raspberry fruit quality of soluble solids, soluble protein, organic acid, vitamin C, soluble sugar, superoxide dismutase (SOD), sugar-acid proportions. Meanwhile, principal component analysis was applicated to comprehensively analyze and evaluate these quality indicators. The results showed that, raspberry fruit quality was the best if soil water was kept between 50%-60% of field capacity during the whole growth period.
