摘  要:以‘砀山酥’梨(Pyrus bretschneidericv.Dangshansu)叶片为材料,研究基本培养基种类、植物生长调节物质浓度、抗氧化剂、碳源对再生的影响,以及不同浓度生长激素对再生芽生根的影响。结果表明:NN69培养基是叶片再生不定芽的最佳培养基,诱导不定芽的分化以培养基NN69+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+琼脂6 g/L为佳;AgNO3比活性炭和PVP更利于叶片的诱导;与蔗糖相比山梨醇更适宜作为叶片再生的碳源,最佳浓度是10 mg/L,叶片再生频率最高为74.03%,平均再生芽数1.01。生根培养基以ASH+IBA 10 mg/L+间苯三酚80 mg/L+蔗糖15 g/L+琼脂6 g/L为佳,生根率高且根粗壮。Pear scion cultivar ‘Dangshansu' was chosed as regulators,antioxidant, and concentration of sorbitol that material. The factors which include medium,plant growth influence adventitious buds regeneration from leaf were examined systematically. The results showed that the optimal combination for leaf regeneration of pear cultivar 'Dangshansu' was NN69 +6-BA 3.0 mg/L+ IBA 0. 2 mg/L+agar 6 g/L at the beginning of culture. AgNO3 was more excellent than activated carbon and PVP. Compared with sugar as carbon sources of regeneration, sorbitol was more appropriate,optimal concentration was more suitable for 10 mg/L. The highest regeneration frequency of pear cultivar ' Dangshansu' was 74. 03 %, and the mean bud number per leaf was 1.01. The regenerated shoots were rooted on ASH+IBA 10 mg/L+phloroglucinol 80 mg/L+agar 6 g/L+sucrose 6 g/L
