摘  要:以新铁炮百合种子为试材,采用正交实验设计探索利用秋水仙素处理新铁炮百合种子的诱导2n花粉方法和可能性。结果表明:种子萌发处理时间5 d、秋水仙素浓度0.05%或0.2%时新铁炮百合种子出苗的效果最好;经对大花粉率极差分析,秋水仙素处理浓度是诱导大花粉的最主要因子,秋水仙素浓度0.1%、处理时间为24 h,种子萌发处理时间7 d,种子品种富田3号是诱导新铁炮百合大花粉有效方法。Seeds of Lilium formolongi were used as material to explored the method and possibility of use colchicine disposed seeds of Liliurn formolongi of and induced 2n pollen by the method of orthogonal test design. The results showed that the average treatment time for seed germination of 5 days, colchicine concentration of 0. 05%or 0. 2% were optimal combination for seed germination of Liliurn formolongi. At the same time, the rate of orthogonal range analysis of large pollen, the concentration of colchicine was the most important factor induced large pollen, 0. 1% colchicine concentration, treatment time was 24 h, 7 d of the treatment time of seed germination, the optimal combination induced large pollen were Tomita No. 3.
