摘　　要：液压采矿钻车快换钎杆是采矿钻车钎具组中的重要部件。通过钎杆生产工艺改进和矿山凿岩试验,以及对试验产品和失效样的检验,初步确认了液压采矿钻车快换钎杆用钢材材质和热处理工艺的合理性,并针对存在的问题提出了改进意见。The rapidly replaced drill rod of the hydraulic mining drilling rig is an important component of the drilling tools. Through the improvement on processing technology of the drill rod and rock drilling tests in mines, in combination with the inspection of testing products and failed samples, the material and the heat treatment technology of the rapidly replaced drill rod of the hydraulic drill rig are preliminary confirmed reasonable. In addition, improvement measures are put forward aiming at existing problems.
