摘 要:为了研究电牵引采煤机在优化设计中的可靠性增长问题,建立了Crow-AMSAA模型,以MG750/1915型电牵引采煤机为分析对象,进行了采煤机截割部行星减速器的可靠性增长分析,结果表明,优化设计后的行星减速器可靠性在不断增长,故障预测时刻与实际故障发生时间基本一致。应用Crow-AMSAA模型对采煤机进行可靠性增长定性分析和定量预测,能提高研发效率,促进电牵引采煤机可靠性预估机制的完善。In order to study the reliability growth in the optimization design of the electric haulage shearer, a Crow-AMSAA model is established. A MG750/1915 electric haulage shearer is chosen as the analysis object, and the analysis on reliability growth of the planetary reducer in the cutting unit is carried out. The results show that the reliability of the planetary reducer increases after optimization, and the estimated failure hours very close with the actual ones. Therefore, the Crow-AMSAA model can be used to qualitative analysis and quantitative prediction of reliability growth of the electric haulage shearer. It can enhance the shearer design efficiency as well as accelerate the perfection of electrical haulage shearer reliability prediction system.
