摘  要:研究了风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机的工作环境和结构特点,提出了焊筋轴的2种结构设计形式,介绍了焊筋轴的应力计算方法,筋末端形式,焊筋轴对盖板、焊缝及材料等的具体要求。经过生产实例和电动机试验,验证了焊筋轴结构形式和设计方法的有效性,为风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机焊筋轴的结构设计提供参考依据。After the working conditions and the structural features of the flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor used for fans are studied, two kinds of structural forms of the rib-welded shaft are proposed, and the method of calculating the stress of the rib-welded shaft, end forms of the rib as well as the detailed requirements of the rib-welded shaft for cover plates, welding seam, materials and so on are introduced also. With production examples and motor testing, the structural forms and the design methods of the rib-welded shaft prove effective. The study offers references for the structural design of the rib-welded shaft of the flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor used for fans.
