摘　　要：该文提出了工业废弃地的基本概念,在总结生态系统进化特征的基础上,讨论了生态系统进化框架下的工业废弃地土地更新利用的2种模式:其一,生态恢复模式,针对工业生产造成生态退化的情况,采取技术措施恢复生态系统的结构和功能;其二,次生湿地维护模式,提出了湿地维护的方法和主要类型。In this article the basic concept of the industrial wasteland was brought forward.Thus,After a brief introduction on the way how ecosystem evolves,2 modes of the reuse of the industrial wasteland were discussed by＂ecosystem evolving＂was taken as the framework.The first mode is the restoration of degraded ecosystem which are destroyed by industria production,And the second mode is the maintenance of constructed wetland.And then,the technical measures to restore the structure and the function of ecosystem,and the methods and the types to maintain constructed wetland are proposed.
