摘　　要：当前,我国各地涌现出越来越多的老年公寓建设项目,为老年住宅建筑设计进行了有益的探索。但是,同时也应该注意到,大部分老年公寓项目,大都以改善老年人生活条件和居住环境为主要设计目的,没有进一步研究老年人精神世界更高层次的需求,因此带来的银色产业外延需求。该文将目光放在上述的问题领域,探索与老年文化产业相契合的老年公寓规划设计。Currently,more and more apartments for the aged have emerged around China,which contributes a lot to the development of the elder residential building design and construction.Nonetheless,a large part of those projects aim at improving the elders＇ living conditions and environment,but ignore the higher spiritual need of the aged,which in turn gives rise to the extension of the elderly industries.Focusing on the problems mentioned above,this article explores how to fit the planning and design of the elder apartments with the elder culture industries.
